I didn't know customer service like this still existed! We had a little..ok a big water mishap. On a Sunday no less! I had used other local companies in the past and I was not impressed. I ran to Google to see if there were any new emergency situation businesses in the area. I saw 911 Restoration and went to the reviews. After seeing such happy customers, I gave them a call. Heather, the owner, answered. She is one of the most kind people I think I've ever talked to. She got a team right on the issue and by evening we were drying out. She and her team are incredibly knowledgeable, professional, KIND, and fast! The communication back and forth was also spot on! Thank you Heather and Team! If you have an "uh-oh" in your house, don't look anywhere else! Just call Heather!!

I had a drainage issue in my bathroom and Heather saw my post on Facebook regarding it. She quickly inboxed me and told me she’ll come look at it. I had no mold or anything just my bathroom tub having a drainage issue causing a minor hole above my kitchen sink. In order to fix it the sheet rock needed to be cut, her team did just that, and did even better with the clean up. They got the space opened up and they will have a plumber come out to replace the piece that’s having a minor leak. As well as someone to repair the hole in the ceiling. I appreciate her swiftness in getting here the next day to check the problem and providing a solution. Amazing service and a amazing team, I highly recommend her company & their services! They had someone come and patch up the hole, they will comeback to sand it down and from there I will prime it and paint over it. Amazing work and so speedy. Truly appreciate their service. I thought my house was a goner tbh LOL but I am lucky

I had a water leak in the crawl space that went undetected for a while that created quite a bit of mold. 911 came in and helped me get things dried out and cleaned up, worked with the insurance company, and made the process as easy as possible. Highly recommend using them!
